Processing and Delivery
Our goal is always to have your order delivered as fast as possible. We aim for same day dispatch, but in some cases will send your order on the following business day, assuming the item you have ordered is available in stock. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery time is generally between 5-10 business days.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is an estimate and that the time may vary depending on external factors that Segment Collective and its shipping partner cannot control. These factors may include but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical transport vehicle faults, customs delays, etc. Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during promotions. Packages are normally not transported during weekends and local holidays.

Tracking your order
Once we ship your order, we will send an email containing a tracking number.
Important things to note
A complete and accurate delivery address is essential.
We are unable to revise the shipping address once your order has been prepared for shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately for a correction. If you happen to input the wrong address, please send us an email immediately of your order number and the amended shipping address. We'll change it for you.
If an order is subject to review due to a suspicion of fraud, delivery may be delayed and/or canceled.
