We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

If the order is not yet sent, we will change the delivery address as soon as notified. If, however, the order is already sent, the delivery time will be longer since we will have to wait for the package to return to us before forwarding it to the correct address.

Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days for once it has dispatched from our warehouse.

Segment Collective is not responsible for additional customs fees upon receipt of your package. These charges are sometimes observed for shipments outside of Canada. Please check with your customs office to avoid additional charges.
