Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
I have lost my Gift Card. Is it replaceable?
Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Unfortunately they are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
DELIVERY
How long will order take to arrive?
Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days for once it has dispatched from our warehouse.
Where can I find the tracking information for my order?
After we have dispatched your order you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us with a link to your parcel's tracking information.
What if I am missing an item, or I received the wrong item?
If you have received your order incorrectly, please let us know by emailing us, and we will sort this out immediately for you.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States. We will be planning to ship internationally soon, to stay up to date — subscribe to our newsletter and we'll let you know!
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
If you purchase an item that is full priced and decide for any reason that you have changed your mind, you are able to return the item in its original condition within 90 days for store credit or exchange for the value of the item paid (less shipping costs paid) - the choice is yours.
How do I get a refund?
If you'd like a refund please reach out to our Customer Support Team. Please keep in mind we only process refunds for store credit for the value of the item paid (less shipping costs paid).
When will I receive my store credit?
Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process your return once we have received it. We will send you a Gift Card via email once your return has been processed to generate your new order (usually within 5 days of receiving your return).
